Welcome to the PACHAMAMA School
European Education with a Latino Spirit

 

The project was founded in October of 1995 by Mr. Wolfgang Gorris, with the help of his wife, Veronique, both hailing from Austria, being experts in education and holistic health at an international level.

The Pachamama School offers a holistic learning experience, based on the Reformed European Pedagogical system, taking advantage of the latest scientific advances available from the multiple sources of intelligence and integral development of the human being. We offer educational services starting from Preschool with Pre-K and Kindergarten up to the final year of high school; all in a beautiful, rustic environment with fresh air and a year-long summery climate.

To be a school in which the ratio of students to class size remains small, we guarantee a personalized education. We also count on a teaching staff of national and international origins; a staff that is expertly trained and ready to support each one of its valued students, on a level both academic and as human beings.

At fifteen years of age I had a dream of founding a school, a school where the children and youngsters feel respected; where they can freely express their feelings and thoughts without being judged, where human learning has the same value as academic learning, where they are accompanied by adults they can place their trust in, adults who do not want them to conform just to make their job easier to the contrary, that they are welcome here with their own personality.
That the school is like a second family for them, where they can cry or laugh, where they can live and with time prepare themselves to go out into the world with confidence, self-esteem, courage, ideals and dreams.
I followed this dream and it became reality with "Pachamama". I want to be an example for my children, and for all the children and young people of "Pachamama" with the message that it is worth having dreams and fighting for them, until they come true.

Fortbildung in der Methode Montessori

Dies ist eine Einladung für eine Fortbildung in der Methode Montessori im Rahmen einer holistischen Pädagogik im Schuljahr 2007/2008. Die Veranstaltung wird von der ONG Espacios Libres Prosalud (Freiräume für die Gesundheit) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Pachamama durchgeführt.
